In 1988, Andrew Roffe [1] began a Government Relations and Administrative Law practice in Albany after serving as Executive Counsel to Speaker Stanley Fink of the New York State Assembly from 1978-1986. Mr. Roffe has also served in numerous other governmental positions on the local and federal levels. Now known as The Roffe Group P.C., his ongoing dedication to clients over the past twenty years has helped expand his representation to over thirty clients of very diverse backgrounds in multiple disciplines and settings throughout New York State.

The Roffe Group team is equally well served by John Casellini [2], who began his lobbying career in 1998 after serving as Budget Director of the New York State Assembly’s Ways and Means Committee; Christine Rutigliano [3], who began her career in Albany in 1988 and, after serving as a Deputy Comptroller in the New York State Office of the State Comptroller, embarked on her government relations career at The Roffe Group in 2007; Stuart Troy [4], a legal specialist in work outs, privatization and regulatory matters has been practicing law in NYS since 1963; and, Alex Dawson [5], our compliance officer, who has been working with The Roffe Group since 2006.
